Abstract
Monterrey: patrimonio e industria. Seis estudios históricos is a work compiled by Oscar Rodríguez Castillo and published in 2021; It presents research on industrial development in Nuevo León and, consequently, the influence on the construction of social, economic and cultural identity in the state. The analysis of the different works presented gives rise to the appreciation and understanding of industrialization, its origins, challenges and repercussions within the region.
